This is a Brazilian barbeque restaurant. To get the full experience I recommend ordering the salad bar type of meal so you get to eat all of the salad bar items that have the more traditional Brazilian items like rice and beans and fresh fruit and the more Americanized salad bar items like salads, etc. You also get to eat the different varieties of meat that the servers bring around on huge spits. Definitely eat some of the grilled pineapple – it is so good! In comparison to Tucanos in Provo, Rodizio seems to offer more exotic meat selections like snake, toad, and alligator. The salad bar at Tucanos seems more authentically Brazilian than Rodizio’s though. Lunch is less expensive if you’re budget minded, but they don’t have as wide of selection of the more exotic meats or dishes available as they offer at dinner.
