These people looked good in the ads. I mean, the houses and apartments they had up seemed half-decent and at a really good price. We couldn't afford not to miss out on this opportunity since we wanted to move out of this dumb here in JP. But we asked to check it some of the property and it was pretty shabby. The selection was not really what it was stated in the ads. Good thing we called and asked for a tour around the place before we put in a deposit. I guess you can't win them all with the real estate folks.
