I dont use cabs much but they got a cab waiting for me at my apartment within 10 minutes (the time promised by the operator was about 15 - 20 minutes) and even though the poor guy had to wait for another 10 minutes before i could get ready he started the meter only after i had sat down and given him the directions. The driver was nice and friendly and didnot ask for any tip even though i decided to compensate him for the 10 mins wait.
