I must admit I have never paid for this service. They offer a question and answer service on a local news station and have a woman named Tricia Hollander come in as their expert. Of course this service is free and I think it is wonderful that she is willing to dedicate her time and expertise to help the viewers out. She has been able to answer any and all questions I have had through this show, but I certainly think she would be worth it to pay the money for.
