I called SF Green Carpet Care Cleaners around 4:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting company that evening and needed to not only get my carpets & tile and grout cleaned, but have it dry in time as well. Initially they were already totally booked for the day, but when I explained the situation to the staffer on the phone he did all he could to help me out. After calls back and forth he was able to get a tech. to me by 6:00 pm and promised me that the place would be dry by 9:00 pm. The technician was on time and friendly. He cleaned my carpets and floors rather quickly but without letting the quality slip. He did an amazing job, and as a bonus since he used a specific method to clean the carpets; they were dry around 8:30 pm (even earlier than they had promised). My party was a success. Thank you SF Green Carpet Care for the last minute great job, I will definitely remember this for a future reference.
