Located in beautiful Stoughton, WI, the Trautman's started their conversion to organic when they bought the property three years ago. The Trautman's offer grass-fed beef and poultry. The beef I have received from them has been flavorful, tender and organically healthy. The chickens are tasty and no waste from excess fat like we find in grocery store chickens. And the eggs are rich and full of flavor. And it gives me an opportunity to do my part in supporting a family farm.
