This place has been on Noriega for as long as I can remember and offer some pretty good dinner and lunch combos. I normally order a dinner plate and add on some specialty sushi rolls and come out satisfied. The prices are somewhat decent and this place is not too crowded on the weekends so the wait for a table is relatively fast. Sometimes, you can walk right in and be seated immediately. Parking is very easy and a no stress place to eat.
