We took our three cats to Wags to Riches to be groomed, and they did a great job. One of our cats had gotten some dreadlock like clumps in his fur from spending too much time rolling around in the flowe beds, and they were able to get all of them out, many without even having to cut his fur. They did a great job, but they took MUCH longer than they told us it would. They kept having to tell us to come back in "just another half an hour" which ended up being another two and a half hours. I'm not sure if they were just exceptionally busy that day, but it didn't seem like it.
