Cal Fit is hands down the best gym in the Sacramento area. It has an incredible facility which offers numerous classes including water aerobics, step, circuit training, kickboxing, belly dancing and strength and ab training. The staff is amazing, and their knowledge about everything fitness is astounding. Even the girls behind the front desk know all there is to know about running a gym and the compnents of a successful exercise regime. For a small extra fee, Cal Fit offers indoor basketball courts, raquetball, a rock climbing wall and child care. Occasionally Cal Fit will pair with local businesses to offer discounted membership rates.
