I am a very satisfied customer of Apple Property Management. I've been with APM for over 8 years now. Dave has handled my rental property as if it was his own house. Any problem a tenant has with the house, Dave promptly emails me with the options to take, whether it is a repair job or replacement. The final decision is then made by me, the owner. I feel we have always dealt with any problems in a timely fashion.
I think tenants need to realize that all decisions for repair and replacement in the property are made ultimately by the property owner, not Apple Property Management. Many of these complaints are unfairly "shooting the messenger". Many owners wrongfully drag their feet when they have to cough up for another furnace or wash machine, especially in these difficult times.
If you pay your rent on time, respect your contract ("No pets" means ...No pets) take care of the house while you are living there, and clean the place when you leave, you will get your deposit back.
I can highly recommend Apple Property Management to any potential tenant or property owner.
