Other travel agents can get similar deals on airfare to Japan. Usually though, they get you seats on the JAL tour flights...it's a good airline, but for a change of pace, R&C can get you on the ANA flights. They also have good deals on hotels in Japan, featuring the Japan Hotel Pass brochure showing and listing the various hotels and the price you'll pay assuming there are rooms available. They are friendly and helpful, but not any more or less friendly than Panda so go with whatever you feel like. There is ample parking and their mini Statue of Liberty in front is hard to miss.
