Good: I liked the friendliness of the phone operators, and the fact that they could look up my previous purchase 10 years ago and find it! And the speed and the clarity of the explanation which Rich, the plumber, offered me, when I was comng unglued about needing to have the heater put in according to the new city codes. He explained everything, he was finished before his own deadline. He was polite, cleaned up, and helped me gt a little discount one item. That's service!. Bad: The fact I needed to get another water heater, but that's reality.. Improvements: I really can't think of any. Unless you have a frequent flyer kind of thing...every third water heater replacement gets a discount or something.. Other: Thanks! It made a frustrating experience almost enjoyable..
