Dash's is a local supermart - it has a pretty large selection, but the prices are high. There are often specials that are worth stopping in for if you want to buy in quantity (ex. 5 loaves of bread for $5) - but by and large their produce and meats, as well as packaged foods, are a lot more expensive than the big chains. The food is really fresh and it is conveniently located and less busy than the chains.
