We used these guys to do the closing when we bought a house. They seemed really buddy-buddy with the real estate guys, but acted like we were just another paycheck. They lost our paperwork, had to follow-up to remind them about the dates multiple times, and just seemed like they didn't need our business. I expect more when I'm paying someone for their advice and guidance.
