we registered with creative minds in january for the birth of our child in may, when we called in june to put him in daycare in July, our spot was given away and they told us we called to cancel the spot (we didn't) but they could not find our file (how did they know we canceled?). they lied about the price quoted to us, about our spot and did not return our calls. nor did they refuynd our registration fee which they also lied about.
