I was falsely charged with a DUI because I had an open container in my car. I was drinking and received a ticket for open container, but it was my third beer after a family dinner. I don't condone my actions, but clearly was not drunk. I was referred by a friend to Fertitta Law Firm who had a DWI previously. He was able to get the DUI reduced, but I did still have to pay the ticket for the open container, but that was fine by me. I would suggest contacting him if you're in a similar situation.
