Fanny's Fabrics on Lamar has a great selection of trims and fabric. I always remember to check Fanny's when I am in need of a special trim or a hard to find one. The fabric's they sell are great prices, and so are the trims. The location is very clean and well lit. There is also plenty of parking and the store has nice hours.
