Noodle's is a great quick, cheap, clean, pleasant lunch. It's the best of fast food - healthy, friendly, easy, plenty of choices, and always good tasting. Since it started in Boulder, the local shops are all great (the presence of hq five miles away must keep them on their toes) and the Louisville, CO one is no exception. I don't think I've ever broken $10 for lunch and I have it less then 5 minutes from when I walk in the door.
