Cups is the best "nice dinner" in Homer. Delicious menu, always great specials, real food, and a comfy setting. The woman who runs it went to CU Boulder, came to Homer after she graduated, met a guy Dave (co-owner) and they have lived and cooked happily ever after. Yum.
