Uncomfortable Experience 1/21/2010

Good: The Receptionist customer service skills and engaging qualities.. Bad: The demeanor of the lady with the "broken arm" which my daughter referred to, only later to find out it's Mr. Cullen's wife, as my daughter claims when they took her back for x-rays, the lady with the "broken arm" (arm brace) pinched her cheek hard to open her mouth and that is why she started to cry. I realize they need to administer techniques for child cooperation, but this was unnecessary and innapropriate if it took place, since I was unable to see as they blocked my view from the hallway.. Improvements: High quality customer service and compassion from the staff. Patience from all, especially when it is a child's very first experience at the Dentist. Total unwelcomed feeling as I was back their with my daughter.. Other: I realize they are trained professionals in dentistry which is why I consented and allowed them to do what they needed to do to take x-rays, and a full exam, but was extremely upset when my daughter shared with me that Mr. Cullin's wife pinched her cheeck and that is why she started to cry because it hurt. She also stated that the lady was mean to her.. more
