Very friendly customer service. Does not matter if you are an new customer or old customer, they will still treat you very kindly. I had a problem with my account and the customer service helped me through it very patiently. Its always a good thing to have customer service who cares about their customers. I greatly recommend this credit union for those with banking needs.
