Allegheny Power is Frederick Countys local electric company. If you ever have a problem with your power they have a wonderful help line that someone most always answers and if they don't. Leave a message and the person on call will get back to you asap. They are very friendly and helpful and take their jobs seriously. They offer payment programs if you are late with your bill and they also offer online bill paying as well !
