This review is for the sales side of the house, Phillip Wong in particular. I was a little leery about buying a car on my own, but this was almost a painless process. Phillip quoted me a price via email, and our negotiations stayed close to that initial figure. I was out the door with a new car in about an hour. Well, not quite out the door since I had one option installed, but you get the idea. When it was time to pick up my car, Phillip came to BART and got me, and yeah, I know that isn't a big thing, but I appreciated the gesture. I also wanted to give a thankful nod to Mary in the Finance dept; she's very warm and funny.
Lest you think that I'm only sunshine and flowers, I had been to Anderson Honda a few days earlier and had a bad experience. So I did appreciate the difference in how I was treated at Honda of Oakland.- P.P
