Let me start by saying I've only been to this place one, but I do plan on going back whenever my car needs some more work done.
Here are some of the things I noticed that made me feel good about the place:
1. The number of certificates on the wall. They are definitely certified.
2. Member of the BBB since 1986. Checked with the BBB and they've had one issue in three years and it was resolved.
3. The number of repeat customers that came in, and the friendly rapport they had with the people that worked there. It seemed like 90% of the people that came in had been going there for years and they knew a lot of them by name. That's a good sign that they're keeping their customers happy.
4. The guys working the counter asked a lot of questions about what was wrong with my car and then really explained everything that they were going to do while diagnosing and repairing it. Their estimates were nearly spot on and they did the work well and in a timely manner.
5. They checked with me each step of the way before doing any work so I could verify that I wanted it done.
