Clay Pit is a great place for lunch. The lunch buffet is probably the best deal they have. They also have coupons in various places (entertainment book, daily texan, etc)
I think they discounts for students too.
Anyway, Clay Pit is contemporary Indian cuisine. They're located in some historic building, dont recall the name, but its cool.
The ambience is casual, upscale. Service is great. I would recommend this place for business lunches. Students can also get a decent lunch buffet for about $7.
It's pretty close to campus too, walking distance or #1 bus
