This is a Las Vegas style buffet. A nicely presented spread and no metal buffet trays filled food over burners. Food is kept in smaller platters that are refilled frequently with fresh food. My first time there the host gave us a tour of the entire buffet area. There's plenty of pastas, salads, dessert and brunch on the weekends. Customize your own dessert crepes and omelettes. My dining guest who doesn't think it's worth it to eat out for Italian thought Cinzettis was excellent and well worth the price which is extremely reasonable. Go on a weekend and have the brunch.
