I am not very experienced when it comes to buying a car and going into it I was a little afraid. As soon as I walked onto the lot I was put at easy with Chase, the salesman. I had thousands of questions going thru my mind and really wasn't sure what I was looking for. I had heard from many people car salemen were impatient and not understand. He didn't mind answering any question I had, and really listened to the little details that I would mention. In the end he found me my perfect car and made sure it was the one I wanted. I recommend asking for Chase whenever going to Dick Hannah. You won't be disappointed!
