Good: I was able to buy the car with little money down. They worked with my situation and I was satisfied with the process...I would buy another car from them.. Bad: After about 9,000 miles of daily driving the transmission just died (and i mean died). I am yet to call them, but hopefully I will be able to report that they were able to help me, considering I just bought the car back in february...they would not be obligated to do so, but it would be sweet.. Improvements: The office was manned soradically, so it was hard to make a payment, unless you like making phone payments. So I made a few trips and was not able to pay, then got a late fee when I could finally get back to Puyallup.
I also wished the vehicle did not die after just 10 months and 9k miles...but hopefully they will work with me to make that right. I am hopeful, they have been pretty cool so far..
