First, I am biased because I LOVE Lebanese food anyway. It's the best of Mediterranean mixed with the best of Middle Eastern cuisine. And Byblos does it right! Reservations are required on the weekends, but we showed up without them (not knowing about that rule) and they made room for us. The music is just the right loudness so you don't have to talk over it, but it keeps conversation buzzing somehow. There is also a belly dancer on the weekends, and she is very friendly but not flirty. She even got my husband and myself up dancing with her. The food was delicious, with the most tender gyro meat I've had anywhere.
