Good: nice sales woman at the home show.. Bad: pushey salesman that showed up at the house.Promised that they were the only company that did all their own install work and in house window construction.He also sold us so called top of the line vinyl windows with a life time guarantee......good luck with getting someone to call you back or show up in a timely manner.My windows showed up with custom installed dents and dings and the all Russian crew that did the work installed a bathroom window in my living room....they did not have the right one.. Improvements: I'd like to see them give me a discount on the whole job.....the install sucked,crappy calking job that still has not been fixed,windows sweat just as much as the old single panes they took out,and my heating bill has not changed a bit.....worst mistake I ever made was spinning that damn wheel at the Seattle home show.. Other: heres the kicker My payments were not supposed to start until 1 year after the installation was complete....my windows were put in last Dec.2008, we still have things here that have not been fixed.The work order sheet I signed that day says install not complete, but my payments are due at the bank now?Yes it has been a year and yes I have windows plugging holes but as far as I'm concerned my installation is not complete.I would'nt let Harley Exteriors install a window in my dogs house..
