Pho Pasteur Restaurant is a good restaurants and has one of the best pho i have ever tired when i ate pho. I do not know how they do it but they make them so good. Sure the environment around it may not feel good BUT the environment in it is. Pho Pasteur Restaurant is a great place to eat pho with the family.
