In Old Town Spring, make sure you don't drink the tap water! The area floods frequently, so I would stay away from the drinking water. The menu at Puffabellys is fair and had a decent price. The food is also pretty decent. Parking can be a bit challenging in Old Town Spring but it is not a bad place to check out. Friday nights are pretty nice their also.
