I purchased a $300+ watch for my wife in June 09 from Rone Regency. The watch band is gold plated but has begun to ware off and the watch face has "fogged" to the point you can't see the time. When she went in to see what could be done, the sales lady was very rude and indicated that she should have purchased a more expensive watch. They refused to do anything about it. It will be reported to the BBB. Never again!
