Both of my children are enrolled at MDOW. The program takes children from ages 2 to Pre-K, and also has some after school care. All of the teachers are licensed, and I have yet to find a person who works there that is rude or in any way unfriendly. Also, the school does not require your child to be potty trained. Classes are in the morning or afternoon, and you can choose how many sessions a week you want your child to attend.
