This is possibly the biggest Vietnamese restaurant in Minneapolis. Its shinny red vinyl booths seat about 150 people-but I have never seen this restaurant more than a quarter full. It’s located on the south end of “Upper” Nicollet Avenue, behind the Kmart that is unfortunately still blocking North/South Traffic along Nicollet.
The restaurant serves a standard menu of Vietnamese dishes, the spring rolls are a standout, everything else is pretty good. If you are not a fan of screaming headaches, make sure to request “no MSG” for your dish-they tend to pile it on here more than any other restaurant I’ve ever eaten at.
