Let me start by saying I had three large dogs and four cats... My couches and carpets were a MESS! I had a smell in the house that needed to be gone for company (7 animals will do that). They came in, worked wuickly (they moved what needed to be moved, not me), and were gone in less than an hour. The place smelleg great, looked great, and stayed that way for a long time. The smell did not come back! GREAT PROPLE!
