I've tried this place many times, mainly at lunch and I really keep hoping that it will get better. The food is so-so and the service is horribly slow. The pasta dishes are bland, but it's really the service that makes this place not so good. The waiters never come around to see how things are going or if you need a refill. It's too bad that they can't figure the service aspect out.
