Getting a 1 star, cause you can't get zero. I have been in the area for 14 years and the customer service here never changes. Classes are very limited in size and they are very hesitant to do a waiting list. Passive aggressive staff and with all the opportunities on the web why shop here?! I keep hoping that their attitudes will change so I can give them my hard earned money but all the other yarn stores are benefiting from their bad service. Many folks are willing to take your hundreds of dollars for yarn and actually treat the customer well.
