I have had to order t-shirts several times when I am organizing events, and I always turn to one place in Wichita, Apple Graphix. You can just tell them what your idea is and they will create a design. They always turn out amazing, and people give me the credit! They are my little secret in Wichita. I would recommend them for any of your graphic design needs - even though I have only used them for the t-shirts. They are very friendly.
