Good: Great at making a lot of complicated details (rebates, tax credits, types of solar panels, etc) easy to understand. Great follow up all the way through. On time and reliable. The team was clean and respectful, all very nice people. We received 3 different bids. We liked Mimeos and their style the best, but they also gave us the best price.. Improvements: Faster rebate approval by LADWP, but that had nothing to with Mimeos!They handled all the rebate paperwork and submitted it all for us.. Other: All around a great experience. We are very happy with our 5.6 kW system, and love that we are making our own power..
