I'm not sure what is going on with all you who have some bad raps against Manila Forwarder but not identifying the tracking number and other information.
Manila Forwarder have the highest standard in the industry. We are US and Philippine governmental compliance. All shipments gets delivered. Sysyte works well. Go to the website package tracking, enter your tracking number, if undelivered after 10 days, you click the portion that asks for directiosn and cellphone number of the consignee. Philippines is made of more than 7,000 islands. Some addresses does not have any house number. People might claim that they are known in the community. Sad to say, things have changed. We just ask the very minority to start going with the protocol for each of everyone. No especials but all equal. Please provide the directions and the cellphone numbers of the consignee and all is well. We are proud that we have less than 1% complaints mostly due to unlocated addresses.
