Hello. Tidwell's auto has offered courteous, quick service to all of our autos over the past year. We purchased a card for a price for discounted oil changes and it was never a problem getting it done in a matter of minutes. They notified me of things that needed to get done for the car, wrote the problem down for me & my husband was able to take care of that problem himself to help us save money. I hope to enjoy Tidwell's continued services in 2010. So much nicer to work with than other larger chains. They drove my car around to me, handed me the keys and said thank you with a smile.
