I take all my cars to Tidwells. By all my cars I mean me and my family's..this is four different cars, and with this many cars there is always something wrong. but lucky for me I've found a place that I can always rely on. I've had many different experiences here and sometimes it takes a little longer than you would like, but thats business right! Every problem is different and it can't always be a quick fix.
I recently took my ford there and had everything fixed and ready to go in a reasonable amount of time. I think they recently changed secretaries so I don't know everyone there anymore, but they remain friendly and try their best to work with me in everyway they can!
And for all these complainers.. keep in mind that it is a business and there will be unexpected problems, but that's life. But at least here you have a guarantee that they will work with you, do everything they can in their power to make you a happy customer (aside from giving things for free, duh!), and are more than an honest group of people! So stop your complaining because you can't find more trustworthy people!
