I have read some of the other reviews and have got to say that the negative comments are absurd. I visit Moeller weekly for my son's lessons and I find that the staff is very positive, warm and friendly. Moeller has been helpful when my son's instrument needed fixed, they fixed it quickly. There prices are very competive and most of the time better than most.
