Although I’ve been a little disappointed in the service in the past, I hope that they’ve changed their attitudes a little. Two separate members of my family have had difficulty in ending service contracts with them, although both contracts were complete. We were told one thing, and something altogether different occurred. They were professional and courteous through it all, however the follow-thru was disappointing.
