I really hate reading about people stating that Optical Insight is a horrible place. On the contrary,the service is good and the customer service is great. They are very attentive and let you purchase rims that are affordable to you.They don't try to sell you rims and give you this pitch about what is good for you. To say the least, if you make bad choices in picking certain glasses, that's on you. Don't blame them for your mistake. Ultimately, you have the last word. Don't believe the people that are probably competing against them. I love their glasses and service.
