Initially I had an excellent experience with HydroTech, until my annual winterization came about this past year. This spring when they came out for the turn on, they did not complete the turn on because they discovered a leak in the backflow. They said it was because they winterized it too late, I said it was improperly winterized - who knows, really? Since we don't KNOW whose fault it is, I asked to split the difference of the $500 and use my spring turn on payment of $90 towards my half (since it was never turned on)- no consideration whatsoever, they ceased all discussions. Not impressive - I would have used them forever, but after this, I would not feel comfortable recommending them again, unfortunately. Very disappointing. more
