I bought a plasma HDTV for $1300. It did not work well so I returned it after 3 days. They charged me a 25% "restocking fee" of $350 !!!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERMAN BROTHERS UNLESS YOU'RE 100% SURE IT WORKS.
Not sure how you would test a refrigerator, washing machine, or oven. I guess recliners are OK.
