After taking my family to this dentist he incorrectly billed me and my insurance. The insurance would not have even known had I not called them. They requested my payment be returned since they already paid for it but the office refused. Also did unauthorized treatments and billed me for my kids. Unethical and unprofessional. I suspect insurance fraud. Andy Lam refused to call me back.
