This museum is a wonderful place for children! The many exhibits utilize formats that kids find engaging and fun. Parents will learn a lot too. Educators will like the discounts for family membership. Don’t forget to purchase your train tickets, as this is a must. There are wonderful outdoor playgrounds where the kids can get out their excess energy and bang on pipes for musical effect. Also, the butterfly house is amazingly well done… it's worth the visit to experience this alone.
